Upcoming 2011 Shell Shows

I will be exhibiting my newest sailor’s valentines at the Sarasota Shell Show Feb. 11-13  and the Sanibel Shell Show March 3-5. Both shows are in Florida. There will be scientific exhibits as well as artistic displays at both shows. In  Sarasota I have entered my Sailor’s Valentine  “Ship of Dreams” to be judged.  And at the Sanibel Shell Show I have entered 3 valentines to be judged “Ship of Dreams”, “Bits & Pieces” and “Floral Heart”.  Vendors will be at both shows with many specimen and craft shells for sale.  But, walking the beaches will always be the most rewarding way to collect shells.
